Sadly after reception alteration 6 months ago all signage has been removed .The portable, although charged, loop was positioned away from the reception counter and not immediately available to use ,unless requested for by those with Hearing Loss. A sad situation at a private hospital. Head Concierge had and was helpful on this and previous occasions. Management had previously been informed by letter and despite a written response had not acted since reception alterations several months ago. No signage available at the entrance or counter that a system was available. Action . Adhesive signs sent to Conceirge in the post 15.01.2019 Concierge advised this report would be on a National Database.
